88xx Terms and Conditions — Please read before use

1 Introduction

88xx.ng ("88xx", "we", "our") is an online gaming platform operated for players in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all members ("you", "user") who access or use the 88xx platform.

By creating an account on 88xx, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of them, please refrain from using our platform.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To use the 88xx platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. 88xx strictly prohibits gaming by minors.
• You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
• You must have a valid mobile number and national ID.
• You must be of sound mind and capable of making your own decisions.
• Only one account per person is allowed. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• If you have previously been banned from 88xx for a policy violation, opening a new account is strictly prohibited.

3 Account Rules

When registering on 88xx, you must provide accurate and complete information. Opening an account with false or misleading details is a direct violation of these Terms & Conditions.

• The name, mobile number, and other details provided at registration must be accurate and verifiable.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact our support team immediately.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same device or network will result in all associated accounts being blocked.
• KYC verification is mandatory for withdrawals. You will need to submit a national ID or birth registration certificate.
• The payment method (bKash/Nagad) linked to your account must match the name used during registration.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All deposit and withdrawal transactions on 88xx are governed by the following rules:

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200 (two hundred taka).
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500 (five hundred taka).
• Currently accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and USDT (TRC-20).
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 1 hour.
• The maximum withdrawal limit per day is BDT 1,00,000 (one lakh).
• The payment method used for deposit and withdrawal must be the same.
• If bonus wagering requirements are not completed, any withdrawal request will be automatically put on hold.
• For suspicious transactions, 88xx may request additional documentation for verification.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

88xx offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers for its members. Each bonus comes with specific terms that must be followed:

• The welcome bonus is for new members only and applies once on the first deposit.
• The wagering requirement for each bonus (ranging from x15 to x30) must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
• Abusing bonus promotions or attempting to claim the same bonus across multiple accounts may result in a permanent ban.
• 88xx reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the bonus program at any time.
• Wagering must be completed before any winnings earned using a bonus can be withdrawn.
• Winnings from free spin bonuses may also be subject to wagering requirements.

6 Gaming Policy

All games on 88xx operate using internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems, ensuring that every game outcome is completely fair and random.

• No manual interference in game outcomes is possible — neither on our end nor yours.
• If a transaction is voided due to a software error or technical issue, the associated bet will be considered void.
• If a match is cancelled in Sports Betting, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If a Live Casino game is interrupted mid-session due to a connection issue, the outcome will be determined in accordance with the existing rules.
• If you encounter a bug or error in any game, report it to the support team immediately. Exploiting bugs for personal gain is grounds for a ban.

7 Responsible Gaming

88xx believes gaming is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. We take responsible gaming seriously, and our platform includes several safeguards to support that:

• You can set daily or weekly deposit limits on your account at any time.
• If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, please use the Self-Exclusion option.
• If you choose Self-Exclusion for 6 months or more, your account cannot be reactivated during that period.
• If you need help, our support team can connect you with responsible gaming resources.
• It is the responsibility of parents and guardians to keep minors away from their accounts.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88xx platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Money laundering or using illegally obtained funds on the platform.
• Abusing bonuses or manipulating the bonus system.
• Hacking the game software, using bots, or any other form of technical manipulation.
• Attempting to access another user's account without their permission.
• Completing the account verification (KYC) process using false information.
• Colluding or conspiring with other users to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using 88xx's brand, logo, or copyrighted materials without prior permission.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

• Your information will not be shared with any government or private entity except where required by law.
• You can request to view or delete your personal information at any time.

10 Account Closure & Suspension

88xx may suspend or permanently close your account under the following circumstances:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• False information is found during KYC verification.
• You submit a Self-Exclusion request.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).

You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before account closure, unless the balance is subject to forfeiture due to a breach of these Terms.

11 Terms & Conditions Amendment Policy

88xx reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify you via email or platform notification before any changes take effect.

• For major changes, a notification will be sent at least 7 days in advance.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
